Client Bill of Rights

  1. You have the right to accept, decline, or ignore our recommendations and advice on projects and accounts managed by The Call Center Mercenary.
     
  2. You have the right to demand and expect strict adherence to non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements related to your projects, accounts, and business operations to the fullest extent allowed by US law.
     
  3. You have the right to send us into battle on your behalf. We will not be intimidated by a pitched battle that results in lost pens, shuffled papers, buzzing printers, beeping computers, and ringing phones.
     
  4. You have the right to professional and prompt service, efficient project management, timely responses, and returned phone calls.
     
  5. You have the right to pay for our services in gold bouillon or by company check.
     
  6. You have the right to retain or discharge the services provided by the Call Center Mercenary as needed (in accordance with contract terms and conditions) without losing sleep over who or what will be impacted by your decision.
     
  7. You have the right to final approval on any decisions or changes to be made to a project that the Call Center Mercenary is managing on your behalf.
     
  8. You have the right to bundle multiple projects under one account name.
     
  9. You have the right to ask questions or our advice as it pertains to our particular area of expertise.
     
  10. You have the right to expect a much more serious, diplomatic, and intense approach to the handling of your project than our website may imply.
